I wouldn't want to take the chip out of my wheelie bin, wouldn't it be making it go faster?

Or maybe if you take the chip out you wouldn't be able to get it back if it ran away, thats what I got micro chips in my cats for...

Chips in wheelie bins?I've heard it all now-this is crazy-when did this new law/regulation/rule come about then!?!Knowing that there are hefty fines for most other things in this country if you tamper, break, damage or destroy property owned by the local council-then they will probably nail you to the wall,or at the very least "make an example" of you,so BEWARE AND TAKE CARE!!Chips for wheelie bins indeed,my a55,whatever next!!

According to the councils by-laws only authorised personell are allowed to empty rubbish bins, I would leave your old chips and the rest of your rubbish for them to empty next tuesday.

Leave it alone but try other methods of putting it out of action, magnetic fields, electric currents, a big hammer, use your brain, try exchanging your bin for one from the other side of town.
