use the data cable which is provided with i pod to transfter the contents

Do u have any drivers given with ur i-pod? If so install them first and you'll have an option to change the format of videos to i-pod recognisible format...after converting it upload it to the i-pod using an usb cable...All the Best :)

first of all connect the data cable to ur ipod and computer or plug in the device if it is a direct plug in
then install any software utilities that may have came with the device then u will see a seperate drive in ur my computer by removable disk name click on it and u can use is as u use ur computer and disk on it
after bieng done dnt forgot to safely remove harware from pc to prevent any damage
