How do plants get rid of their waste ?

Oxygen can be looked upon as a waste product of photosynthesis and Carbon dioxide a waste product of respiration; water is a waste product of both. You know how the gases are lost from leaves - don't you? Water will be lost through transpiration or just used for maintaining turgor in cells.

THE PLANTS DOES NOT SECRETE WASTE. WE may say that they do eat through the process called photosynthesis. the nutrients are derived from the soil and water and are passed into the leaves where photosynthesis takes place with the help of sunlight. they also need CO2 TO RESPIRE AND GIVES OFF OXYGEN If want to call oxygen as a waste then call it. BUT it is not. The real waste that they loose off are the leaves and other vegetative parts. STILL they are not real waste for they serve as fertilizers for the soil and the water where they are present.
