not really, i exercise.. i eat.. i play.. i sleep.. i complain..i nag..I scream.. i even have the SAD feeling but never a diet.. is never worth it..

I'm on a no red meat and pork diet. Because I can't find very much healthy food that has fish and chicken in it, I usually just eat rice, pasta, veggies,etc. I actually wouldn't call it a diet, I'm just changing my unhealthy eating habits. I also exercise 4 days a week, I've lost some weight but I had to stop due to an unrelated health problem so I still have a ways to go before I'm completely happy with my results, I'm happy so far though.

Actually Dieting is a bad word to me. I learned from an early age to eat right and excerise, what did it for me was when I got into an accident and couldn't do much of anything especially since somehow the accident shocked my system. My Immune system is sucky and that got me depressed and I did nothing but eat. I went from 150lbs to 250lbs in a matter of a year. Now I'm down to a 180lbs and going lower because I had to relearn everything I went to a professional and relearned how to cook, eat, excerise and deal with the urges to eat not so healthy foods.

I do a See Food Diet everyday lol but as far as anyother kind nope I'm 5'3 105lbs if I was to diet I'd end up looking like Nicole Richie no thank u lol. I only gained 9 lbs with my son, I looked like I swallowed a basketball and the weight was off before I left the hospital lol

I used "slimfast" once and it worked but then I tried again and it didn't so I tried "slim in 6" once and it worked but then I tried it two other times and it didn't. Then I got depressed and am still fat ha.

Diets won't work. You need to change your eating habits on a daily basis. More fruit and veggies and less junk.
