It does stick to the inside of the bottle because the bottle is kept closed and no air has gone inside. The bottle is also made of material that is glue repellent meaning it resist glue absorbtion.Some of this materials are plastics and metals.

the substance glue needs to oxydate to harden,
the chemicals within the bottle do not contain oxygen in any form so it cant become sticky ir harden
