it means you will happen across something, something important. And it will force you to make a move in your life somewhere. Either physically, mentally, or emotionally. To me it sounds almost life-altering, but that might just be too dramatic. Pay attention to that around you or you might miss it.

It means the in the future (near or far) you will come across a person or thing that will have substantial influence on something - likely something specific.
