It is the swaying movements which cause travel sickness, so generally one does not get travel sick on a plane unless there is a great deal of turbulence. My adult daughter is still car sick. She flies very often and has never been sick in a plane. When people do get sick, it is generally because they have eaten or drunk too much before boarding the flight.
So stop worrying (which is a psychological cause of sickness for some). You'll be fine. Take a box of crystallised ginger with you. It prevents travel sickness, but the chances are that you will not even open it. Bon voyage!

Take some decent travel sickness pills and a packet of ginger biscuits to nibble on, don't eat anything greasy or rich before flying and you'll be fine. Have a good flight!

Car sickness is nothing like air sickness. Don't drink alcohol on the plane and try to sleep. Enjoy !

Request a seat closer to the front of the plane. The back sways more than the front. Bring something to entertain yourself and keep your mind off it. Something interactive like cards will work better than a book (at least for me).

You'll be fine, especially on long haul filights which are high up, these planes are rock solid.

Honestly, you'll be fine. Don't let your mind dwell on it. And stay off the alcohol.

Oh yes and dont bother with any of the quack remedies you will see on here either!

Enjoy your flight.
