A 12 year old girl has the right to an education, medical help, a roof over her head and food in her stomache. If for any reason she needs help for therapy/counseling she has the right to recieve that. If she is being abused she has the right to get help even at the age of 12. She may still be considered a minor, but their are laws to protect her rights and sometimes her privacy.

Hopefully the right to be loved by two wonderful parents who think the world of you, the right to a higher education and teachers that keep your interests and make it fun to learn, the right to form friendships that will last a lifetime, and the right to feel safe and secure in your own environment.

It depends on where you are. Unfortunately, as a minor, your rights are limited. You can't vote, you can't drive, you can't own property. Your parents can override most of your decisions, and the law will almost always defer to them. You have the right to be free from molestation and free from abuse. You have the right to a free public education. Your freedoms under the Bill of Rights are all there. Um... I think that's about it.

I can't really answer that, since you don't have a topic for me to give you some examples of. If you just want me to pick at random, then this would take me years, and by the time I was done you would be way past twelve.

At twelve years old they have the right to do what their parents, teachers, supervisors tell them to do. They also have the right to report any sort of abuse to the local authorities. They can not legally have sexual intercourse. They are just kids still and need guidance to survive.

A lot of these other answers are really hilarious. The correct answer is that you have the right to get off the computer and do everything your parents tell you to do. That's all, little kid.
