Why does 'en Espanol' (look below) have the same flag as USA?

Thanks. If that is the case, should they not represent include all the major languages ?

It's for Spanish-speaking people living in USA. Notice there is also a Spanish flag that says "Spain". I assume that's for Spanish-speaking people who don't live in USA.
