How do I make one of those videos you usually see on youtube with a Mac? what do I need to download? I want to make it of a TV show and I have the seasons of it. How do I take out the clips from one of the dvds and put it into the video? I need a VERY detailed answer to give you points for it. how do I go about making it (i.e. how do I put background music, a disclaimer, dedications, etc. etc.)

i have absolutely no idea what i'm doing here, and I have never made a single thing (gif, icon, etc. etc.) I want to make a smallville video. I need VERY VERY detailed answers.... I have no clue where to get clips from or music or anything of the sort. I figured I could use my smallville dvds and cut ot the clips I wanted (which I also don't know how to do). I'm only 14 here... please help! *_*

do u have the hardware that converts DVD to video and vice versa first??

You cant just take clips from a dvd... b/c the files are coded (VOB) so it wont work and for mac you can use iMovie. iMovie is self explanatory and really easy to use... google iMovie tutorials first.
