In louisiana it is about 3 months and you can file yourself and skip the attorney fees.....but whats the hurry? you got a date?
People , please stop and reconsider leaving your spouse.....things may get better.....have a dialog..don't rush to the divorce court....think of the children...and your finances..its hard on everyone....try to resolve the issues without the divorce.
