go to the auto supply shop or store or to the agent of that honda civic

Any good motor factor, such as Partco, will supply brake shoes for your Honda. Halfords will be able to get them. A Honda dealer will have them. The motor factor will be cheapest.

Any good Motor Factors or car parts outlet. You don't have to go to Honda, in fact I wouldn't as Honda charge a lot of money.
