How do you cut paste images?

how do you paste other images onto another picture? Say I take a picture from the internet of the grand canyon and then a picture of myself and put me in it. What are good programs for that

You could do that with paint brush if you don’t have any money and don’t care about quality. Just white out the back ground around you then edit copy paste while in the other file then click on the clear back ground.
