drink ten glasses of water a day, eat plenty of bran, dried prunes or dried apricots, and other forms of bulk in your diet, and it should come out nicely when you are in the bathroom. you can also do colon cleansing enemas, but if you do that too often your body will simply stop eleminating without it. so dont do it much.

If you can't go easily try coughing several times. Cough hard. Many times the coughing starts the flow of stool. Change your position on the seat. Relax and lay back against the back of the seat...but relax at first. Do not strain. Cough again. Try these new fiber tabs that are being sold in drug stores. They really work! They aren't cheap but they are worth every nickle if you have an elimination problem. I take certain drugs that cause vicious constipation. This new fiber pill has eliminated the constipation.

Sit on the toilet and push! If you're having problems then you might be constipated. Make sure you drink a lot of water and if you eat an apple or berries every day, you will get enough fiber to pass stools comfortably. Good luck!
