I too had a miscarriage 3 months ago. My doc has me on clomid to try to conceive again right now.
Try not to be scared. I know it is not easy because I am scared too. Im scared to feel the despair and disappointment again. It really tore me up to lose a child, as I'm sure it did you too.
One of the things that helped me through the miscarriage and to think about trying again is this...
1. My husband and I really want a baby. We are both very excitecd to be parents.
and 2. My doctor reassured me that my miscarriage happened through no fault of my own. He said it was nothing my husband or I did or did not do. Miscarriages are very, very common. Im sure you did nothing wrong to cause this. People do drugs through their whole entire pregnancies and eat like crap and they dont lose their babies. My point is that if they can do that and still have a baby, I'm sure you can do a little house work and still be ok. Ask your doctor for the do's and dont's. Or you can look at this link

Good luck and God bless, I hope everything works out for you.

Welcome: I had a miscarriage w/ my 1st pregnancy at 8 weeks (I was so broken hearted)
I waited 3 months as my OB recomended and became pregnant w/ my daughter, I had some bleeding early in pregnancy, but all ended up ok. I went on to have my son (alot of pregnancy probs) but I had him. Miscarriage isvery common, it is natures way of weeding out the problems (i know that sounds bad) but most miscarriages happen because something was wrong (not your fault), I hope you the best & go ahead & start trying now, You have low iron? Did your doctor say you are anemic? If so he should put you on a iron tab, I take a low dose tablet, 2x per day...I have less problems w/ that. Good LUck!!

If you seriously want to get pregnant again, I would start seeing an OB/GYN that can start you on an iron supplement and pre natal vitamins to make sure that you're healthy. This will help sustain a pregnancy once you get there. As far as what to avoid, cat litter is a big no no and just make sure you're smart about what to do. I would avoid heavy lifting (over 40-50 lbs). Certain chemicals can give you a hard time too. I would absolutely talk things over with a doctor, he can give you a list of what's ok and what's not.

My aunt had the same problem. Since you've got a low iron level, i suggest you take some tablets that pharmacists prescribe to regulate your iron level. three months is not long enough for your body to get over the miscarriage. about six months should do. before you get pregnant again, you gotta make sure your iron level is regulated. check with a gynecologist when your body is ready for another baby. if you're pregnant again, don't do any lifting, drink lots of water. you can still do chores like cooking and folding clothes. Also, you gotta drink lots of milk. milk of magnesia will help your iron level.

I have low iron. I had a miscarriage when I was 23, and then I delivered my first son at the age of the age of 26. Relax and try again.
