Low Yat Palza in Bukit Bintang... its a mall with about 4-5 floors of all you need... If ya want good quality DVD's... go to Times Square mall and i think on the 3rd or 4th floor there is a movies shop. If ya buy more than 15 DVD's he'll give you at the rate of RM5 per DVD. You can ask him to check the quality as well.

You tend to see mobile peddlars these days rather than shops for pirated optical discs. Please don't buy such pirated products, it hurts the original copyright owners/ authors intellectual property rights.
