You are entitled to your own opinion.
To me, this sounds like a lot of Double talk. The structure and thoughts included in the article you mention include a couple of thoughts which are dragged on to the point of tediousness.

thank you for an interesting read.
since it's so obviously white supremist material, i can see why some people are correlating it to nazism (even if you don't understand)
i read it all
(as i'm sure you have)
it does have some confusing parts
for example,
did you notice that it says:
10) "...freedom prospers in moral values and tyranny thrives in moral decay...."
58) "...tyrannies teach what to think; free men learn how to think..."
and, yet, it also says that men have no right to freedom:
18) "...men have no rights to life, liberty or happiness..."
even though your material has some points i agree with,
i have to discount it on the whole
because of my serious disagreement with so much of the rest of it....
