Who-ever did this, that's your perogative of course.....but I wonder WHAT it was that made you down-rate my answer??

I feel simply replied to the question at hand.....the fact you may not agree with, or don't like, my answer, doesn't seem to be enough reason to down-rate it, IMHO.

Ps. 2 : I see that someone (probably the same person), down'rated every other answer as well.....even tho they were good and to the point answers.

C'mon, who-ever you are, where's the fun in this??
If you DO want to down-rate answers, then be man/woman enough to make yourself known as the one who's going to, and preferably give reasons as to the "why" as well.
