don't they know that the Bible suggests foreigners and their children make good slaves and can be passed on as "inheritance"?

And, would they be subject to the Inheritance tax?

"However, you may purchase male or female slaves from among the foreigners who live among you. You may also purchase the children of such resident foreigners, including those who have been born in your land. You may treat them as your property, passing them on to your children as a permanent inheritance." (Leviticus 25:44-46 NLT)

I feel like you're mixing apples and oranges and asking why they're not bananas. Not all Christians are fundamentalists or Republicans or vice versa. Did you know that fundamentalist means you believe in the fundamental teachings of the Scriptures? That's not so scarey, wish more did believe. There are people who go to extremes but don't lump everyone in one "belief pot"!. We're not all snake handlers! The world is full of wonderful Christians. Also talking of Old Testament lifestyles is highlighting a historical accounting of a time far removed from our society today. Or is your tongue in your cheek? I don't feel most are truly against foreigners but aren't comfortable with cultures they don't understand or they're mimicing the words of their elders who weren't so willing to accept those outside their circle of familiarity. Unless your ancestors were Native Americans we're all foreigners or descended from them. Our current concerns are about immigrant lawbreakers who don't follow the laws. Unscreened immigrants and unsavory types mix with the good people, gangs are increasing, families are using our government resources while many send wages outside the country taking away from our economy. No one legally keeps slaves, people aren't property to pass on as an inheritance. No Christian is against foreigners as a whole. I'm Christian, born an American in another country and adopted a child of foreign birth. I have foreign friends here and elsewhere. Face it, the USA is a rainbow of many colors and races. At a citizenship ceremony there were people crying out of pride to finally be an American. The bottom line is we are all people wanting the best life for our families and striving for happiness. Now get your tongue out of your cheek, I think perhaps you were just messing with us. Suggest more reading time in the New Testament.

Because I think the Christian right is just a descendant organization of the Ku Klux Klan (KKK). They want nothing more than a United States of White Protestant Christians who live and breathe the parts of the bible they like to twist around the meaning of and use for their own political gain. They should pay their taxes, including the inheritance tax if their so interested in American domestic policy.

What is the purpose of this question?
you christian fundamentalist republicans are so against foreigners but then start talking about some unbelieveably unhuman god fueled slavedriver principles...
dont they know what???

doesn't WHO? know what?
saying all christian fundamentalist republicans are against foreigners in an invalid statement,(not even arguement) and a stereo type you jotted down.... yet... amazingly..failed to make a point or understandable meaning in the message.

Are you hallucinating?

Supporting the USA does not mean a person is against foreigners.....

but all who are not against illegal aliens are TRAITORS....

Slavery? Until 1925, Muslims enslaved all foreigners they could.... ship wrecked sailors were considered a gift from their corrupt allah... and were enslaved.....

You should peddle your crap elsewhere.... your story and the Muslim slave trade are in the past.... well, maybe not the Muslim's slave trade....

If you are a US citizen, you don't have to be a Christian.... try not being a Muslim in a Muslim country....

the measure of a country is taken by assessing how many people are trying to get in to that country.... and how many are trying to escape....
