Well, you would have to have conservatives argue their views with reason and evidence, and not just claim that it's what "God" wants.

Conservative thought is not "enforced". It is something that takes years of study and an understanding of the different philosophies to attain.

Say`s it all really " Enforce" What the hell is wrong with you? Start showing some respect for people and maybe conservative values won`t seem so abhorrent.

First you have to start handing out brown shirts.
Second you hand out arm bands for those brown shirts.
Thirdly you start selectively purifying the conservative blood line.
Fourth you educate children in the ways of conservative thinking.

I suggest you study these excellent historic precedents:
-Soviet Union cca 1920-1991, and especially 1930-1953 (look for theories by a good ol' chap called Stalin)
-East Germany 1945-1989, with special interest in organization called "Stazi"
-Afghanistan cca 1990-2001, with interest in education system through "Madrassas"
...and many other fine examples in human history!

you mean besides having conservatives like you reveal themselves as the fascists they are? in that case you would have to persuade people with rational thought and logic, and of course we all know that the "logical conservative" is a contradiction in terms, so really it's impossible to do so

Just be patient. When the 20-somethings get a little more life experience, their views will start to lean toward the right.
