try paper mache, but you have to work fast.
or you can make them out of fabric ( red mylar)
or even out of cardboard.

go to costume or stage outlet/store by horns and latex glue the kind used to hold pasties by topless dancers and you should be set if U can't find them look for moldable rubber and construct your own. or if u can't find molding plastics carve a wax candle or use paper mache..
