Absolutely not!!!! The Bush administration have him put up in the Hilton "Presidential Suite" in Islamabad, Pakistan. They couldn't possible let anything bad happen to him or they could not continue engaging in conflicts without just cause, override the Geneva Convention, or trample on our Constitution in the name of the "War on Terror." Unfortunately, the war on terror is being waged on the American people by its' own ego-maniacal republican ruled government... Just a thought,,,, Peace I hope...

I haven't heard that. I don't think we know if Osama bin Laden is alive or dead.
I don't think he's in Iraq, or even Pakistan. I think he's somewhere he wouldn't stand out so much. A six and a half feet tall man, whose picture has been posted all over the world and needs dialysis on a regular basis shouldn't be able to hide in a hole in the desert this long.
I think he's probably trimmed his beard, changed his clothes, and moved to a western country, I'd guess Europe, and is probably living in relative comfort to what he once was.
I have nothing to base this on other than the fact that no one has caught him yet, and with an election coming up next week, if we had him, it would be all over the papers.

if bin laden were dead, it would be a great victory for america and be all over the news. we are still waiting for that day. he is not dead because of bush's failure to commit our resources to afghanistan, instead we went full steam into what is now the fiasco of iraq. bin laden is keeping a low profile for obvious reasons, but is still very much alive. rumors of his death and illnesses have been disproven by the various news agencies.
