I happened into a baptist chuch and recieved in my bullitan a brocher that stated vote No in November and stated the churches views on Stem Cell research. Is this leagle? Is this what I can start to expect at churches now?

Nope. Some Baptists in Canada think Bush is an evil and greedy man and would much prefer a left winged government. The Republicans simply use the beliefs of Christians as well as money and Christian influence (pop preachers) to their benefit to get votes. They are in no way a Christian organisation.

That's legally sketchy as a church is a tax-free organization. It's no different from the issues the NAACP has when they are perceived to endorse Democratic candidates.

Why pick on the Baptist, which I am not one of.
Leave religion out of elections, and the elections would
go along smoothly without that doom and gloom stuff.
