actually, i always catch the eyes of this person staring at me and i find her cute you know. We are not that close but i'm sure i'm gonna miss her. She's transferring to other school next year. I don't know what to do. If my best friend finds out that i'm in love with her WORST ENEMY she might get mad at me. Please help me! What should I do?

Well, she being your friend's worst enemy...makes you HER worst enemy's friend as well. Which means either one of two options:
1- She really likes you "highly improbable" given that you are not that close and you are close with her enemy.
2- She wants to use you against your friend. And she keeps looking at you hoping you will see her.
You still can proceed with a relation with her, but you have to keep in mind that there is a chance that she might be using you against her enemy (Your friend).

there may be a couple of ppl that in the event that they bought hit by way of a automobile and died i could now not shed a tear only a well piss on there grave however i like my quality pal extra cuz he could appreciate and aid my decsion to piss at the grave of my worst enemy

Ask your bestfriend to tell you what happen if she's in love with your worst enemy. :) that should solve the problem.

you're "in love" with someone because of "eye-contact?"
I'd try "talking" to this chick to see if your friends right to hate them.
if not, then tell your friend honestly and ask them if they'll still be your friend.
