No its not fair, the rich and famous people get away with murder in this country.while poor people get a court appointed lawyer that don't give a **** if he wins or loses.I heard on the news last night how o.j Simpson is making money on the murders he commited,by selling bronco jeeps, the car he ran away in,and writing books. He hasn't paid a dime of the 38 million the court awarded the parents of the young guy he killed with his wife.If he was a poor man he would be rotting in jail right now!
Rapists and muggers, and killers get a slap on the wrist in this country and are back on the streets doing the same **** before their victims ever recover from it.Theirs too much of a good thing is bad for you,and that goes for liberty, and rights. The legal laws in this country need to be changed badly,so that we stop protecting the criminals and start helping the victims of their crimes. This is why there is so much crime in America! Criminals know they can get away with murder in this country that's why they have no fear of doing it!

The justice system is only fair to the criminals. The victims are the ones who suffer. Where does it say in the U.S. Constitution or anywhere else for that matter about criminals getting cable t.v. and steak dinners in prison? I certainly do not have and cannot afford to have that luxury. Maybe I should become a crim.
