I should think you are hoping that there should be some Yahoo hooked astrologer who is going to predict what is going to happen to you.

Let me tell you about my astrologer. When we were expecting our first child he told me that it would a male child. He had told my wife it would be a female child. . Either way he wins . And we confronted him he cooly said that he had told the correct thing to the other partner.

What I am saying is thatno one can say the outcome.But , before you sit down to write please read alittle more of English In your question itselfthere are corrections , needed. Instead of "get success" use "succeed'. Instead of "a I.A.S. " may be you should use "an I.A.S..."

Yes you shall and I wish you should. Md. Gajani succeeded after 17 attempts. So why noy you? Have confidence in your abilities. Plan well and have faith in the God. You shall definitely become an IAS officer. If you do so, I shall feel very very delighted for having given some encouragement and contributed to your success.
