Clearblue and primary reaction are approximately four days earlier than your anticipated interval, given you're constant and relying on whilst you concieved, so that you must be competent to deliver it a cross round March second (in view that it is a brief month). It could also be too early to be feeling something, simplest nine days, you will not must pee plenty and the steel style quite often does not kick in for a pair extra weeks. But ya in no way recognize. Good good fortune!

way too low.
if she's rich and doesn't mind spending extra cash for a "falso/erronious/may-not-be correct result" she can do it now
if she wants to hold on to her cash, and maybe buy a frapuccino instead (i'd take this option), she should wait, the most 3 days before her period)
or, wait till the day of the missed menses of, the most surest way, 3 days after!!!

She can test upto three days before her expected period if she understands that a negative might not be a negative. Otherwise she should wait until at the first day of her missed period.

She must wait another week.
But most important for her to know is that too much anxiety will cause more problems, she may believe that she is pregnant when she is not, but her mind will play games to her and she may present the symptoms etc.
Be careful.

It's WAY too early. You should never test before you actually miss a period.
