by non-productive i don't mean, blind. crippled or crazy. i mean people who will not work and expect mine and your tax dollars to support them. should the successfull also be criticised for being successfull ie; BIG BUSINESS or donald trump etc. is it envy? I think so, and i am hardly well off. but i have'nt given up yet, and never will. i just hope that if and when i do become sussessfull, people won't try to take it from me or hate me for it. But i will not let that stop me. Those that work, eat. Those that dont,_________ . you fill in the blank.

No, they should not be forced to subsidize non-productive people.

There are people who legitimately need help, but then there are more who abuse it. I'm not about punishing the people who work hard and need a hand every now and then because of the lazy people who take advantage.

I think it evens out in the end, though. Government checks really aren't that much, and depending on the cost of living sometimes it isn't crap. So it's not like these people are living it up having a great time, their life probably still sucks. Because I work I have a nice apartment, good food to eat (not just crap like McDonald's) a nice car to drive, and I get to do stuff besides sit at home all day watching Jerry Springer. By comparison, I am rewarded for my hard work while the lazy people are only subsisting.
