What is the approximate size of the uterus at 12 weeks of pregnancy (to a single live fetus)?

At 12/40 the foetus is approx 75-80mm long and the uterus reaches just above the level of the pubic symphysis.

(Approx 12cm or thereabouts in vertical height)

its dimensions are 3 inches 2 inches
