Is there a homosexual gene? the answer is MAYBE. Aparently if a woman has 5 male children, stastically the 5th or 6th male child has a far higher percentage of becoming gay than what can be explained by normal genetics. Research continues on this topic

Theory points to it. Of course, the church would try to discard any information that doesn't support their teachings. No one group is superior to the others, although some may think so. We are all equal in God's eyes.

It's no use in trying to change his mind. It really doesn't matter if there is a gene for it or not. People's lives are their own and as long as they're not physically or mentally hurting themselves or others then they should be allowed to live without everyone getting wise. We are the ones who have to live with ourselves and for ourselves, right or wrong, church or no church, pickles or no pickles.

I read that their is, but only in some people. And it hasnt been proven. You're not really born gay, but you're not really born straight either. Really its just about being honest with yourself, and your personal preference, BUT if you wanna tell your teacher something, tell him that God loves everyone and if he really is a man of God that he should do the same.

There's no proof EITHER way.
There's also no proof of a "handedness gene" either, but it doesn't mean it's NOT genetic.
