Both players technically have a straight because the flop is, so I don't think that means anything. So the player with the better hand is player2 who has 2 Kings and 2 Queens.

The more aggressive player wins. Although it would be a split pot if the hands were shown a more aggressive player may be able to scare a less experience player by going all-in causing him to fold.

Spilt pot, unless there are four of one suit on board and one of the players has that suit. You dont know this though? or are you trying to trick someone. This is typical Holdem no limit, in omaha or something else it wouldnt happen because you have to use 2 of your own cards in hand

It is definitely a split pot. There is an ace-high straight on the board, and no hole cards in either hand can make a hand any better than that.

It's a split pot because the best hand is on the board, unless there is four to a flush on board.

Player one would have a high ace straight since he owns the ace.
