what snake do the bones come from? Your pet snake died? Roadkill?
If it is from a legally protected species possession could be illegal (even from roadkill as you can't really prove you got it that way), though I am not sure about the detail. I know if artifacts involve protected species it gets confiscated at borders.
Anyway, you should only produce and sell it if it is from a non-protected (common) species.
Also an image conveys more than words. From your description I don't have much of an idea of how it looks like.
And I am sure there is some string or wire involved, so beware of the word 100% bone.
