it almost sound celtic, or scottish w/e, it has a real fast beat to it, but it is hard to understand some of the words, and that is really all that i can remember.

Are you thinking of the song that the "numa numa" guy lip synced to? that would be 'Dragostea Din Tea' by the Romanian pop band 'O-Zone.
