Barry Bonds will not play for the San Fransisco Giants next season...
1) Bruce Bochy has had no problems with steroids in San Deigo, and will not want to have to deal with it
2) Bochy is going to try and take Neikro and the other young guys and try and start to rebuild.
3) Bonds is asking to much money with everyone knowing he's becoming more and more like Frank Thomas he won't get it.
4) He will have to settle for change, both teams and positions, he can't really field that good, and isn't as fast as he used to be, so DESIGNATED HITTER is calling him, along with the AMERICAN LEAGUE.
SO... I pick that my team Seattle could use him but Safeco is a pitchers ballpark so nope, Anaheim is a good fit, Texas, Yankees probably not willing to take the instability, same with Red Sox, and Twins, could go to the White Sox, A's are possibility, but frankly I suspect him to pull a Roger Clemens and begin the year sitting out... Prolonging this long debate on ESPN pending his return and whether he will return to the Giants in June... But I honestly think that, he may be able to prove has recovered from his knee surgeries, he'll sign with the Washington Nationals a month or two into the season, playing a little outfield, posibbly first but highly doubtful, and a lot of pinch hitting...AND due to the impeccable timing of the trade deadline it comes right after Bonds will become very useful as a DH for the interleague period... so when trade deadline comes, look for bonds to get traded to the Texas Rangers, for a bucket of balls, and a player to be named later... WHY THE RANGERS? they fired Buck Shorwalter, last 2 teams that did that won the World Series the following year!

I'd be greater than glad to look him signal with my Toronto Blue Jays. After seeing men like Shea Hillenbrand and Gregg Zaun losing the DH spot over the beyond 12 months, a participant of Bonds' quality could be a colossal improve. I realize he is not the participant he was once, however he is nonetheless obtained a few vigour and will get on base at approximately a .420-.440 clip, which is without doubt one of the elite. As a ways as his end result at the staff, I would not anticipate that he'd poison the surroundings. I realize he is not a well man, however I additionally suppose that chemistry is generally hyped up. The Oakland A's of the early '70s had one of the crucial worst clubhouse chemistry within the historical past of the sport, however they received three immediately World Series titles. Bonds might support my staff win, that is finally what issues. I'd exchange the first-class men for jerks every time, if it intended successful.

The Yankees of coarse,do you think George Stienbrenner doesn't want that record broke by any other one than a Yankee,Plus that way Barry will probably get his WS ring he so desperately wants.I personally don't like the man but you cant take anything away from him-Steroids or not you still have to hit the ball. The hardest thing to do in sports is hit a round ball with a round bat, don't believe me go to the batting cages sometime and get in the hardest throwing machine and try it

It'd be the team that's both most desperate for publicity and has the lowest level of integrity.
