Being drunk has different degrees. Depends on that but I believe they are in their right mind. Problem is they say what most tea totalers would never say.

Definitely not. Alcohol affects the central nervous system of a person to a different degree. Some people don't even remember being inebriated while others know they are making fools of themselves but cannot help it. Then there are those of us retentives who avoid drinking for that very reason...

ASK JESUS. HE TURNED WATER TO WINE. OR GET DRUNK AND DO SOMETHING U WOULD NOT NORMALLY DO. THEN STEP BACK AND SEE IF GETTING DRUNK WAS AN EXCUSE TO DO SOMETHING YOU ALWAYS WANTED TO DO.
