Well, the liver is ruled by the ninth house. In your ninth house there must be some kind of a square... probably Saturn squaring with Jupiter or Mercury. That is happening in Scorpio so... are you a Cancer?
Those health tips are just tips... you can only know if they affect you directly if you know what your rising is.
