I did at one point in my life. For me it was the intermediate step between the women's underwear section of the Sears catalog and my first glimpse at a Playboy. I still think there are hot women of all races, but I now tend to prefer the ones from the more developed countries.
Fantasy is healthy, but if it's something that's often getting in the way of you being intimate & fully engaged with someone else it may be a problem. You may want to talk to a therapist to determine if there really is a problem and to learn how to prevent it from becoming one if nothing else.
