Frozen V3i..? :S?

Question

i tried to play a video i put on my v3i via usb today and it didnt play, stuck on pause and wouldnt play even if i pressed play. but it worked last night (i converted the vid). so then i exited and went to the video camera but now its frozen. there is a blue bar at the bottom saying exit and thats all. closing it wont exit or the hang up button. no buttons work..help

Remove the battery and this will reset the handset!(Remember to back up your contacts)
