I have been to my counsin's house and my nephew is an 6 year old and 1 time I took him to potty and all these slimy things came out with his pee like boogers. What are they?

It might be a bit of semen secreted into the urinary tract, or it might be a health problem. Wouldn't hurt to go to the doctor and give a urine sample and get a basic checkup just in case. In the meantime, suggest that he drink extra water in case there's any chance of infection. These bodies! It's always work work work just to keep em from falling apart! LOL Good luck!

Inform the parents and tell them to take him to the dr.
Btw, a kid is not going to begin producing sperm until he hits puberty, which age 6 is not.
However the kid should be allowed to answer nature in private. There is no reason to be watching over him while he does unless he is so ill that he can't do so himself without help.

Sperm is the correct answer, or the prerequisite to it with the boy being so young. Unused sperm cells discharge during the night and while going potty.

I don't think that is normal. There are lots of microbes that like to infect the bladder. Urine is supposed to be sterile. Alert his parents and advise them to take him to a doctor. ASAP.

maybe you should tell his parents about this and have them take him to a doctor. it may be an infection of some type.
