I am not pregnant nor have I ever been.

If I put a finger in my vagina and feel all the way up to my cervix I feel a ball type thing connected to my cervix. I can also feel it thru my vagina wall (if I feel an inch lower from where my cervix is). I cannot tell how big it is as my reach isn't the greatest but it doesn't feel as big as a pear but it doesn't seem THAT much smaller maybe like lemon sized.. I've looked at diagrams and I see that my cervix is connected to my uterus but should it feel like a ball that is low enough for me to feel thru my vagina wall? On the diagrams it looks like the uterus goes STRAIGHT UP into the body.. and that it doesn't droop in order for me to actually be able to feel it thru my vagina wall. garsh! I hope this makes sense..

I will be going to the doctor soon but I wanted to put this question out there beforehand to see. I'm actually quite scared :(

You might have a tipped uterus.

Go to the doctor that is the only way you are going to know what is going on. It might be fine, but there are things that can affect the vagina and cervix that need to be treated by a professional.

I'm sorry, I really don't quite understand. The cervix will feel like a ball or something like that.
Women can get a thing known as Fibroids. That's an overgrowth of tissue.

You need to go to the doctor right away from what symptom you are describing anyway!! It could be your uterus, sure that's called a pro clasps, I hope it's not that, because they will have to do emergency surgery on you.BUT it also could be a cyst of some kind. I hope your going to the ob/gyn, like before Halloween. Don't take a chance, remember your #1 and that's that!! Please contact me at;mdzevolveddammit@yahoo.com if you want to write me about this further.

I know what you are describing because I remember feeling that inside a couple of women I've been with. I think it's normal but get it checked by a doctor.
