Breast soreness was always an ovulation sign for me (and I knew when I ovulated because I charted and temped). I don't think I'm the only one, so it may be that it is also an ovulation sign for you. It's also a pregnancy sign as well as a PMS sign so really it could be any of the above.

Sore breasts can be the result of your period or pregnancy.

When you are pregnant, you will know it! Your breasts get soar because your body is getting ready to reproduce, and then you can feed the baby! Any questions?

It depends. Pregnancy signs and pms mimic each other.
