Well , I usually don't drink and I did. I am normally very quiet and don't rock the boat . Well, I had 1 1/2 cups of beer , 2 jello shots and a mike's hard margarita. I became very emotional and little things seemed to bother me greatly. I got real pissed told some people off. Broke up with the guy I was seeing , called him a liar to his face. I truly deep down felt some of these things. Why does this happen?

Alcohol unveils the emotion that you've hidden inside you. It triggers the explosives that's ticking in your emotional artillery. Try not to drink if you have issues with yourself or with someone. Drink when you're happy instead so that you'll wake up in the morning with just a headache and not a heartache.

Most young children are very up front with their emotions. They cry and show anger and joy easily. As we get older most of us learn to control these emotions. It's called growing up. When we drink the alcohol which is a depressant, blocks the activity in our brains that is responsible for those inhibitions and we revert to more childlike behavior, that is we forget our manners, show our emotions and reveal things that normally we would keep secret. Just as a child has to learn that it is not good to hit others, drunk people who are normally peaceful may get into fights. Of course if you drink enough you depress your whole body pass out.

A bit of advice, if you must drink stick to one beverage. Pace yourself, one beer or shot per hour. You will feel better in the morning and you will more likely keep your friends.

Because alcohol impairs your judgement. You had enough booze to get you drunk indefinitely. I say apologize to your guy and hope the relationship is fixed.

Now you know where your limit is.
