i am looking for an old friend's e-mail but i would rather not approach them in person. i know they have an e-mail but i not sure what it is anymore. is there a legal way to find out what it might be?

There are no email directories, so the only way is via a mutual acquaintance who may have their address.

Well, not really. E-Mail addresses are a dime and dozen, hard to track. If they work somewhere, they might have a business card or contact info somewhere. Or maybe ask somebody who is their friend?

We here in Manila philippines are using www.friendster.com to locate our old friends.. officemates and other people that we want to get in touch with. Better try using some sites like this in your country to locate your friends. Hope this helps. Thanks
