Birth control and weight gain?

I was using the Nuva Ring for 7 months and I gained some weight
now I have switched to the depo provera shot. Should I gain even more weight? Wht I mean is if I have already gained weight from
taking birth control will I gain more from switching?

I think it depends on the person, really. That said, most of the women that I know who were on the depo shot said the worst side effect was weight gain followed by moodiness.
I would think almost any fluctuation in hormones and cause a change in your weight positively or negatively.

I really would not see why you should because pretty much you already have you hormone levels up. Every person is diffrent though. but my answer would be no you should stay the same
