I do that too. It takes more than a few seconds for me. I like to watch their mannerisms. It is fascinating.

I wouldn't call what you have a problem. It just shows that you have enough self confidence to look a person in the eye and that you give the person who is talking to you, your full attention. I only have a staring problem when I am tired and if my eyes feel comfortable in the position where I am looking at someone, I just keep my eyes on the person.

No I don't. It drives me crazy when people stare at me! My ex's woman does it all the time and I feel like poking her eyes out!
