"Producers" don't consume organic material for energy, they synthesize it using inorganic sources: sunlight, water, and air (carbon dioxide, for plants).

Those organism which can make their own food from CO2 and water they are called producers or autotrophs.The word auto means 'self' and trophe means nutrition.Green plants and certain bactaria are producers.Cushion plant.All examples that you have shown are producers but seeds are not any organisms they are plant of fruits.

producers are usually plants. producers make their own food.

a producer is capable of synthesizing its own food. for example- green plants synthesize food from sunlight, co2. water using cholorophyll.( hence also called autotrophs).
certain bacteria also synthesize their own food from chemical pathways( chemoautotrophs)
