Your best bet would be to check local listings for the channel that shows episodes of things like Smallville, Supernatural, and 7th Heaven - this is the channel that used to be known as the "WB" and is now known as the new "CW". They show new and old episodes of Everybody Loves Raymond regularly.

NOBODY LOVES RAYMOND !!!....ITS AN IDIOTIC SHOW , THAT YOU WOULD END UP MORE STUPID FROM HAVING WATCHED , YOU'D BE BETTER OFF WATCHING SESAME STREET , CAUSE AT LEAST THEN , YOUR MIND WOULD BE PUSHED FORWARD , NOT BACKWARD....RAYMOND IS NOT FUNNY IN THE SLIGHTEST , AND NEEDS TO BE REMOVED PERMANENTLY FROM ALL DVD (SEASON RECORDINGS ) TV , CABLE OR ANYWHERE ELSE THEY MAY BE SPILLING THIS CRAP INTO......THE SHOW HAS NO REDEEMING QUALITIES WHATSOEVER !!!...MAY THE ROMANOS ALL ROTT IN HATES WHERE THEY BELONG.......HAVE A GREAT DAY........GR1M
