I remember my dad comming to my room and waking me up. I had just moved back in with my parents with my daughter after a divorce. During that time period I remember thinking that my life couldn't get any worse...and that I had it so bad. Looking at the television screen brought something home to me. As the second plane with video tapped ramming into the second tower I realized that I actually had it really good. All those people wouldn't be able to watch their children grow up and get married. Wouldn't be able to change something in their lives that made them unhappy and couldn't do the things that made them happy. I cried that day when I realized that I had nothing to complain about and how lucky I was. It was too bad that it took the death of almost 4,000 people to make that point to me. I try to make sure that I think of the positive in every way on every day of my life.

What have we learned since then from what we have done? Despite all the money spent and committed to spend, are we, as a country, safer now that we were then? Is our country in better standing to the rest of the world as a world citizen than we were then?

Ok, collapsing floor compress air towards bottom and can blow out windows. It wasn't demolition. It's bogus theory that people can set up 100+storied building for demolition without anybody knowing about it. Look at other demolition and see how much work, time, and labor it takes.

Enough, already. The events of that day are etched into everyone's minds. Only the ghoulish want to see it again and again.
RIP.

it was a staged demolition. thats why there were explosions at the bottom of the buildings, and puffs of smoke coming out underneath the falling building when it cam down. There are dozens of witnesses.

I wish they'd play it every day. It would remind people, on either side of the War Debate, that people really do wanna kill us, and in fact, can do very nasty.
There are many who don't believe what I just said... for them, they should be required to watch every day.

I feel sorry for all the families that lost someone that day. I can't imagine losing a loved one in that way. it is sad to know how bad they suffered.
