I usually favor my left leg, because I'm left-handed and therefore automatically favor that side, but since I sprained my ankle pretty badly a couple of years ago, I favor my right leg at times when my ankle is feeling strange...

Yes, I have always had a tendency to lean on the right leg.....
.....and it is 3/4 of an inch shorter.
This makes running around a track (outside leg) sometime painful.
Try not to do this if you like to be active in sports. Or if you are an indoor track athlete stand on you left leg :>)

I just had total hip arthroplasty surgery on my left leg and was warned not to favor my other leg too much. How do I avoid doing so?

Interesting question! I am right handed, but I favor my left leg!?? Especially if I'm standing for a long time!

I tend to use my right leg 100% of the time.
Does this count as favoring it?

Yeah I do this all the time. I have a feeling I will have hip problems later on. I think my right leg is longer which contributes to it.

Yes. I feel on my left hip in high school. Well I was dropped and fell on my hip. When standing I put all my pressure on the right leg. When my hip hurts on rainy days I don't bend...

Yes, I do. I have a medical problem in my right leg,
and my big toe has bothered me ever since I broke it, so...yeah, I favor my left leg

yes. this is super common. dancers can spin in one direction better than the other for the same reason, also surfers always place the same leg in front when they're on their boards. personally, i have one leg that is the stronger one and one leg that is the more flexible one.

Yup. The right side. I'm always leaning on my right leg.
