If it is the old metalica i would choose that cause is saw them live in Germany back in 93' and it was awesome! Since they've cut their hair and wine alot i would choose Pantera :}

I'd choose neither! Why? Both bands have great 1st and 2nd albums, and then released nothing but crap after that. I'd choose a band that produced more than just 2 good albums...ya know, someone like Iron Maiden, for instance.

i prefer Metalica myself because Pantera is a little to heavy for me but also have a huge respect for dimebag darrell Abbott and his legacy

Metallica, cause every single song they ever made is awesome. Plus they are all smart, funny and probably know how to f*ck a woman really good.
